What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and create a positive experience from check-in to check-out
• Manage scheduling and keep providers' schedules running smoothly
• Verify dental insurance and explain benefits
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
• Handle calls, messages, and patient communication
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance
• Work closely with our clinical team to keep patient care seamless

What We’re Looking For

Previous dental front office experience is required.

• Dental insurance and treatment presentation experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Someone who takes initiative and ownership of their role
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
