Job Overview

Our growing endodontic practice is seeking an experienced dental professional to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. We are looking for an outgoing, organized, and highly motivated multitasking professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and helping create a seamless experience for every patient.

As a key member of our team, the Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and referring offices, playing an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive patient journey. The ideal candidate is friendly, compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced specialty dental environment.

Schedule: Full Time, M-TH 7:30am-5:30pm and Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

No weekends. As an endodontic specialty practice, occasional flexibility with scheduled hours is needed to accommodate emergency patients

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating patient care with referring offices, verifying insurance benefits, preparing treatment estimates, presenting patient financial responsibilities, and managing patient communications. The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a trusted resource for patients, helping them understand their treatment and financial information while creating a positive, supportive experience from start to finish.

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Dental Office experience required (Endodontics preferred)
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dental insurance verification experience
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week

Experience:

• Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental office: 1 year (Preferred)
