Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Insurance Processor and Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of dental insurance processes. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic operations, accurate insurance claim processing, and providing exceptional patient service.

Duties

• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
• Process dental insurance claims accurately
• Manage accounts receivable through dental collection procedures
• Assist patients with insurance questions, billing inquiries, and payment options to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Perform front desk duties including greeting patients, scheduling appointments using dental office management software, and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
• Conduct insurance verification and pre-authorizations for procedures while coordinating with healthcare providers to facilitate care plans.

Qualifications

• History of dental office billing/collecting and other front desk responsabilities.
