Dental Hygienist

We are an independently owned and operated family practice and are seeking a dental hygienist who is energetic, personable, and passionate about what they do.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive oral hygiene procedures, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and scaling/root planing.
• Take digital radiographs and maintain precise, thorough patient charts.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene instruction and home care with patience and clarity.
• Partner with me and my clinical team to provide exceptional, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Valid New Mexico Dental Hygienist license.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively on dental care practices.
• Knowledge of infection prevention techniques and healthcare infection control standards.
• Ability to perform comprehensive oral hygiene procedures, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and scaling/root planing.

Pay: $38.00 - $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 38.0 per week

Experience:

• Dental Hygiene: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• New Mexico Dental Hygiene License (Required)
