Dental Front Desk Coordinator - Bilingual English/Spanish Speaking

Job Overview
We are a private, general dental practice in East San Jose seeking an energetic, passionate Front Office Coordinator. This is a full time position. We have a modern and proactive vision on dentistry and incorporate a lot of technology to make things easier for both patients and employees. We offer a competitive hourly rate from $24 - $40/hour, depending on experience.

-Spanish speaking is required

-At least one year of experience working in a dental office.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone & book appointments
Clerical functions
Create and present treatment plans as needed
Collect copays and manage accounts receivables

Requirements:

Open Dental software knowledge a plus but not required
Dental experience serving in a variety of front office roles
Patient-service oriented person
Exceptional communication skills—both conversationally and written—with the ability to present and convert treatment plans. Spanish speaking a MUST
