The Practice and the Mission ToothFillers superKIDS Dentistry serves a predominantly Denti-Cal pediatric population in San Jose. Dr. Tracy Filler built this practice on a straightforward belief: that kids from underserved communities deserve the exact same standard of care as anyone else. The bar here does not flex based on payer source. Dr. Filler is building something in this community that she intends to outlast her. The Front Desk / Dental Assistant Trainee who joins us next is a key part of that story. One thing people notice quickly when they start here: the days are fast, full, and high-energy. What You Will Own

• Front Desk Excellence: Welcoming patients, managing busy phone lines, checking in families, and verifying insurance with accuracy and care.
• Patient & Family Connection: Creating a welcoming, non-judgmental environment from the moment a family steps through our door or calls our office.
• Operational Flow: Executing daily tasks and standard operating procedures to keep our patient schedule and administrative operations running smoothly.
• Team Collaboration: Working alongside our clinical staff and coordinating with our team of virtual assistants to support daily office productivity.
• Pathways for Growth: Starting at the front desk with concrete opportunities to either cross-train as a Dental Assistant and/or train toward leading our front desk and virtual assistant team.

Requirements & Preferences Here is exactly how we think about qualifications:

• Self-Motivated Drive: Required. You must have a genuine passion for continuous learning and personal development.
• SOP Execution: Required. You take pride in following operational guidelines and executing daily tasks to standard.
• Strong Communication: Required. Top-tier customer service skills and verbal communication are non-negotiable.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese): Strongly preferred. A genuine advantage that helps us deeply connect with our San Jose community.
• Dental Field Aspiration: A major plus. If you want to earn your RDA license, we actively support continued learning and career advancement for high-potential employees.

Position Details

• Location: San Jose, CA (On-site)
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Growth & Reviews: Formal performance reviews at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months with compensation increases tied to demonstrated skill sets and growth.
