Associate Dentist on Fridays

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled a long term part time dentist who can work on Fridays, starting every other Friday and hopefully every Friday in the future.

We use Open Dental software, Dexis xray system, digital intraoral scanner, and CBCT.

The hour will be 8am to 1pm and it can be flexible upon discussion.

We work really well with each other with respect and share a sense of responsibility and takes price of what we do.

It's a bread and butter practice with wide range of patients in a family office setting.

Daily minimum wage is $80-100/hr or adjusted 30% production/ collection, whichever is higher.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. This role involves diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and ensuring the overall health and satisfaction of our patients. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to deliver exceptional care in a supportive environment.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health status.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and care delivery.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices through continuous education.

Skills

• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and comfort.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
