Associate Dentist

Our dental office is nestled in a beautifully restored house in the northern portion of Monroe, creating a space that feels more like home than a clinic. We’re known for our friendly, down-to-earth team and genuine care for our patients.

Our office is seeking an associate dentist to keep up with our thriving practice. We are seeking a caring, detail-oriented, and compassionate dentist to join our team. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in a family dental office setting (although new grads are still welcome to apply) and be familiar with Dentrix or similar dental software.

This is not a corporate office. We value authenticity, clinical excellence, and doing what’s right for patients always. Our goal is to make every patient feel truly cared for, not rushed or sold to.

• There are kind patients that value great dentistry. We have a low no show rate. It is typical that a patient will bring us treats at least once a week. For the most part, patients are showing up on time, happy and ready for their appointments.

This is a part-time position. We are seeking a candidate for Mondays from 9:00 am–6:00 pm and Tuesdays from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. We are open to alternative days based on candidate's needs for schedule. Benefits include retirement plan with a 3% match, employee coverage for dental work and discounts for family members, uniform allowance, and professional development allowance.

Pay will be based on collections. Lab fees are covered by office. Will discuss more at interview. Office is only in network with Delta Dental (approx. 60% of patients). The remainder of patients are cash or out of network. No Medicaid.
