Part Time Associate Dentist

I'm interested in creating a partnership within my office. Dentistry has been rewarding and my office is growing but I do not want to work more hours. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the benefits of office ownership without the full weight of responsibility on your shoulders. We are looking for someone comfortable with surgical extractions, premolar endo and learning some new things to stay current with our industry. Ideally we'd pick areas to specialize in so we can limit the amount of cases we refer out, plus we can offer expanded hours/days to the community.

My office is medium paced with a great patient base, supportive community and fun toys like a laser and Cerec to keep the day exciting. I have a great team and truly feel blessed to work with them each day as they help us reach our high production goals.

I'm looking for a good fit in personality and clinical philosophy more than anything else. This opportunity is for availability on alternating Mondays and Fridays and then every week on Wednesday.

We also offer digital scanner technology for most removable cases, laser therapy certification, a lot of free, high quality CE and a wonderful team of sweet and hard working people who love to have fun and treat patients well.

Compensation: $700 daily minimum or 30% adjusted production, whichever is greater
