Associate Dentist – Modern Queen Anne Practice (Thu/Fri)

Schedule & Competitive Compensation

• Days: Thursday and Friday (2 days/week).
• Compensation: $800 – $1,000 daily guarantee OR 30% of collections, whichever is higher.
• Profitability Support: We utilize advanced automated services (recall, confirmations, and outstanding treatment tracking) to ensure your chair stays busy and your production remains high.

• CBCT
• iTero Digital Scanners
• Digital X-rays

Clinical Scope & Role Requirements

We are looking for a well-rounded clinician who is comfortable managing a patient's full oral health journey.

• Procedures: Proficiency in all phases of general dentistry, including fillings, FPD/RPD, extractions, simple implants, and root canals.
• Hygiene Responsibilities: Please note: This is a doctor-led hygiene model. We do not have a hygienist on staff; the Associate will perform cleanings and hygiene procedures. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this workflow.
• Treatment Planning: Ability to perform both basic and advanced comprehensive treatment planning.
• Mindset: A commitment to quality care, a willingness to learn, and an open mind are absolute musts.
