We are looking for an Associate Dentist who wants more than simply showing up, seeing patients, and collecting a paycheck.

Our practice is looking for a doctor who takes pride in being part of a high-functioning team and understands that being an excellent clinician is only one part of being an excellent associate.

• Comfortable receiving feedback and willing to make adjustments

• Interested in building a long-term, mutually beneficial professional relationship

This is likely not the right position for someone looking for maximum flexibility with minimal commitment, who prefers to work independently without participating in the broader team, who is unwilling to accept feedback, or who views the practice and its employees solely as resources to be used for their individual benefit.

We believe a successful associate relationship requires a genuine partnership between the doctor and the practice. The practice has an obligation to provide mentorship, support, equipment, staff, systems, and opportunities. In return, the associate must bring professionalism, reliability, accountability, clinical engagement, and a genuine commitment to the success of the patients, team, and practice.
