Rooted Dentistry is looking for a 3 day/week Associate Dentist who wants the patient flow, technology, clinical freedom, and support to practice truly comprehensive dentistry.

We are a rapidly growing, doctor-owned private practice serving the Black Diamond and Maple Valley communities with a consistently strong flow of new patients and a large existing patient base.

This is not a position where you will be waiting for dentistry to appear on your schedule.

Our practice sees 70+ new patients per month, giving the right doctor significant runway to diagnose, treatment plan, and build a productive schedule while developing long-term relationships with patients.

Practice Comprehensive Dentistry

We want our doctors to develop broad clinical skill sets and keep more dentistry in-house.

Depending on your interests and experience, your schedule can include:

• Crown and bridge
• Same-day crowns
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Complex restorative treatment
• Invisalign
• Implant placement and restoration
• Surgical extractions
• Bone grafting
• Wisdom teeth
• Root canal therapy
• Full-mouth rehabilitation
• Emergency dentistry
• Comprehensive treatment planning

Confidence with molar endodontics is a major plus.

A doctor who enjoys endodontics—and particularly wants to perform molar root canals—will have significant opportunity to keep those procedures in-house.

Experience with implants, surgery, wisdom teeth, sedation, Invisalign, endodontics, or cosmetic dentistry is highly valued, but you do not need to be proficient in every procedure when you start.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Consistent 3-day workweek

Compensation

30% of Adjusted Production

Expected annual compensation can range from approximately $150,000–$450,000+, depending on schedule, clinical skill set, procedure mix, and individual production.

Our high patient volume and comprehensive care model provide significant production opportunity for a motivated associate.
