Great Northwest Dental is a growing, privately owned dental practice seeking a high-caliber Associate Dentist to join our clinical team.

We are a high-performance, patient-centered practice committed to clinical excellence, modern dentistry, and long-term doctor success.

Compensation & Schedule

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities, with the ability to significantly increase your income as your schedule and production grow.

• Full-Time Potential: Up to $275,000+ annually
• Part-Time Potential: Strong earning opportunity with flexible scheduling and high production per day.
• Daily Production Potential: Up to $1,900+ per day

Benefits: Medical insurance premiums are FULLY PAID by the practice for full-time team members.

This role is designed for a provider who wants flexibility now and the opportunity to scale into a higher-producing, full-time schedule over time. With strong patient demand and a supportive clinical system, you will have the ability to maximize efficiency, production, and income as you grow with the practice.

We are currently building a state-of-the-art Dental Office in the Pacific / Algona area.
Our new office is actively under construction, and we will be moving into our custom-designed space this Fall.

• Dr. Lindsey – Our Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry expert who loves creating confident, beautiful smiles and turning smile goals into predictable, feel-good transformations patients get excited about.
• Dr. Amanda – Comprehensive restorative dentist delivering excellent efficient care with Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry, focused on building trust and creating confident healthy smiles.
• Dr. Portia – General dentist focused on patient comfort and long-term outcomes, known for efficient, high-volume care while building trust and keeping patients well-supported throughout treatment with excellent outcomes.
• Dr. Jackson – High-efficiency general dentist with strong clinical skills, known for building strong patient rapport and lasting relationships rooted in trust and communication
