Perfect Smiles Beverly is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. If you have a strong background in treatment planning, insurance verification, and patient financing and enjoy helping patients navigate their dental care, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Schedule

Monday through Saturday

• One day off during the week
• Day off varies based on office needs

Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients
• Coordinate and schedule recommended treatment
• Verify dental insurance benefits and review coverage with patients
• Discuss financial arrangements and financing options
• Assist patients with treatment acceptance and scheduling
• Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dental front office experience
• Extensive experience with insurance verification
• Previous Treatment Coordinator experience required
• Experience discussing and arranging patient financing
• Strong understanding of:
  • General Dentistry
  • Orthodontics
  • Oral Surgery
  • Periodontics
  • Endodontics
• Dental assisting experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and patient-focused
• Ability to multitask in a busy practice environment
