What You’ll Do

• Provide 5-star service to patients and team members, both in person and over the phone
• Coordinate and optimize patient scheduling for efficiency and flow
• Present and discuss financial arrangements clearly and confidently
• Support a positive, team-oriented office environment
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Prior dental or medical front office experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of dental insurance and treatment coordination
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
