Dental Office Assistant

We are looking for a friendly , organized and motivated Treatment and insurance coordinator to join our dental office team.

The ideal candidate will have dental office and/or insurance experienc, a strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance benefit, and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is detail- oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and eager to learn and grow our practice.

Responsibilities

- Review and explain dental treatment plans and recommend procedures to patient.

- Verify and explain dental insurance benefits, coverage, deductibles, co-pays and estimated patient portions.

- Assist patients with understanding their insurance and available payment options.

-communicate professionally with patients regarding treatment and financial question.

-work closely with the clinical and front office team to insure a smooth patient experience

-Assist with insurance related tasks, claims, and follow-up as needed.

- Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
