Senior-Level Dental Practice Operations Manager

Experience

The compensation for this position is a base of $35000 plus 5% of the total revenue.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and training the new staff members.
• Managing the existing staff.
• Supervising the office collections.
• Managing the day to day operations.
• Handling all the requirement to run the operations smoothly.

Experience

• Prior experience in management.
• Excellent communication and managerial skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client populations effectively.
• A Bachelors or higher degree in business or management is a plus.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
