Schedule & Insurance Coordinator

We are looking to add a dedicated, proactive, and organized Scheduling & Insurance Coordinator to our growing team! The ideal candidate will be comfortable verifying and understanding the nuances of dental insurance, scheduling and communicating clearly with patients, and helping to maintain a clean, friendly, and warm environment for both patients and team members alike. Ideal qualities for our next team member include attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and a willingness to work as a team to better serve our patients. We are looking for someone with AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE in a dental office/clinical setting. We have part time and full time opportunities! We also offer the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your skills. Must be willing to work Saturdays and one late evening per week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing the schedule for two providers
• Communicating clearly with patients via calls or text
• Verifying insurance
• Assisting the Treatment & Billing Coordinator with day-to-day tasks such as making routing slips, collecting payment, and minor treatment planning
• Maintaining a clean and warm front office environment for patients and team members
• Navigating Oryx Practice Management Software (no experience required; training will be provided)
• Input minor treatments to be presented by the Treatment & Billing Coordinator

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14.0 – 38.0 per week
