Our busy and growing Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental or medical office professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Support the doctor with daily administrative tasks
• Assist with front-office operations and practice coordination
• Manage the schedule of patients appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
• Audit unscheduled treatment plans for potential scheduling
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance related questions
• Present treatment plans clearly and professionally
• Prepare and submit insurance claims with accurate supporting documentation.
• Help oversee office equipment, computer and network services.
• Maintain organized records, office supplies, and administrative systems
• Assist with special projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications

• At least one year of Insurance experience in a dental or medical office is required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional, friendly, and compassionate communication style
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Experience with insurance verification, treatment plans, and dental claims is preferred
• Proficiency with computers and office software

Compensation

Salary: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
