Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team 2–3 days per week.

We are an established, privately owned family dental practice that values great relationships with our patients and each other. We are looking for a hygienist who is compassionate, dependable, enjoys getting to know patients, and takes pride in providing thorough, individualized care.

Our practice has a strong focus on periodontal health, prevention, patient education, and the connection between oral health and overall health. Our hygienists are an important part of the clinical team and have the time, technology, and support to provide excellent patient care.

What We Offer

• $39–$43/hour, based on experience
• 2–3 days per week
• Paid holidays after 1 year
• Paid sick time after 90 days
• One week paid vacation after one year, two weeks after 3 years

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Michigan

• Eaglesoft experience a plus
• Interested in periodontal health, prevention, and whole-health dentistry
