Dental Hygienist for PRIVATE PRACTICE

Our Hygienists are valued as providers and play an intricate role in our success. Due to growth in our Fee-For-Service Private Practice, we are seeking a Dental Hygienist that shares our passion for relationship based patient care, as well as creating a welcoming environment.

What you’ll do as a Hygienist:

• Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements
• Build trust through clear communication with patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health.
• Chart oral conditions for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan
• Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment

What you’ll bring:

• Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both the team and patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 32.0 per week
