Under the leadership of the Dental Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our dental team, ensuring high-quality service, and enhancing patient experiences. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in dental treatments and procedures, ensuring top-tier patient care and safety.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and patient confidentiality standards.
• Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.
• Continuously expand knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development.
• Accurately document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification with the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
