ResponsibilitiesFront Office

• Welcome patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls
• Verify insurance benefits and collect patient information
• Present treatment estimates and collect payments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Help keep the daily schedule running smoothly

Clinical

• Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take digital radiographs
• Provide patient education and postoperative instructions
• Help maintain inventory and organize supplies
• Ensure excellent infection control and clinical efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dental front office and/or dental assisting experience preferred
• Pediatric dental experience is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
• Current CPR certification
• Current Nevada dental assisting certifications (or ability to obtain)
