Pediatric Dental Front Desk Associate and Assistant

We are a state of the art, energic pediatric dental office seeking the right candidate to complement our team. Candidate will assist at the front desk as well as utilizing their dental assistant talents for our little ones.

Job Requirements:

- Florida X-ray License/Certificate
- Experience working as a Dental Assistant
- Well organized and reliable
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Clean and breakdown rooms. Set up treatment rooms
- Sterilization of all equipment and instruments
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of Dental Instruments and Procedures
- Computer Proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
- Ability to input into computer planned treatment and explain treatment plans to patients
- Take X-rays
- Dental Charting
- Ability to answer phones, make, and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance and input insurance into dental practice manager software

Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Dental Assisting/Front Desk: 2 years (Preferred)
- Registered Dental Assistant Certification (Preferred)
- X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
- Covid Vaccination
- Proof of Hep B Vaccine

Education:

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Dental Assistant Certification

Experience :

- Dental Assisting/Front Desk: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification :

- Dental Assistant Certification (Preferred)
- X-Ray Certification (Preferred)

Pay range: Based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
