Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
• Schedule patient appointments using Eaglesoft
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits, and process claims
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments and updating records
• Handle multi-line phone systems
• Review and update dental records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a medical or dental receptionist role
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries kindly and professionally
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for record keeping
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
