Patient Care Coordinator/Dental Front (1 yr experience required in dental office)

We are a private Pediatric dental office in Battle Ground. We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator/Dental Receptionist to join our awesome team!

We are a fast paced, fun office with two full time Pediatric Dentists.

We are looking for someone to work full time (4-5 days per week) and enjoys working with kids and their parents.

Must have a positive attitude, be reliable, detail oriented, be able to multi-task, be able to focus in a loud environment, work as a team and have a good understanding of dental insurance and dentistry.

Duties for this Patient Care Coordinator/Dental Receptionist

• Checking patients in / out
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Presenting treatment plans
• Collecting payments in person, by phone and text
• Verification of Insurance benefits
• Working recall by phone and text
• Working within Vyne Trellis

This person works side by side with our other patient care coordinators and must be able to work as a team

Practice software is Eaglesoft. Patient Engagement software and billing platform is Vyne Trellis.

Previous dental office experience is required. Pay depends on experience.
