Outer Richmond District SF Associate Dentist Position

We are an established, 100% fee-for-service private dental practice in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond District seeking an Associate General Dentist to join our team on Mondays, with the potential opportunity to add Wednesdays in the future..

We are completely out-of-network with all dental insurance plans, allowing our doctors to focus on high-quality dentistry, comprehensive treatment planning, and long-term patient relationships without insurance-driven treatment limitations.

Schedule

• Mondays only (possible future option for Wednedays)
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• Potential opportunity to add Wednesdays in the future

Compensation

• 30% of adjusted production or guaranteed daily minimum, whichever is greater
• 100% fee-for-service patient base with no PPO participation

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active California dental license
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent chair side manner and patient communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to private practice setting
• Strong communication skills with team members and the owner-doctor
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
• Completion of a 1-year AEGD or GPR residency is a plus
• Dentrix experience preferred
• Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus, but not required

We are looking for a dentist who is personable, dependable, eager to learn, and committed to excellent patient care. Strong communication with patients, staff, and the owner-doctor is especially important to our practice.
