Associate Dentist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placements
• Conduct thorough patient assessments using medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging to develop accurate treatment plans
• Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations
• Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry to deliver efficient, high-quality care
• Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness
• Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry through ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Valid state dental license with current certification to practice dentistry
• Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental diagnosis and medical terminology
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging techniques, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques
• Ability to perform complex procedures including dental extractions, implants, root canals, orthodontic treatments, and pediatric dentistry procedures
• Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records
• Experience working in a fast-paced dental office environment with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes
• Commitment to adhering to all healthcare diagnosis standards and state healthcare regulations

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
