Little Big Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a Friendly, Professional & Experienced Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our amazing team!

We are a fun, welcoming, and patient-focused pediatric dental office dedicated to creating positive experiences for children and their families.

We are looking for someone who loves working with people, has a positive attitude, and can help make every family feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors!

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED

Previous dental front desk experience – REQUIRED

· Friendly, outgoing, professional, and dependable personality

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Experience with dental insurance verification, scheduling, and patient coordination

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· A positive attitude and genuine love for working with children and families!

Job Responsibilities:

· Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming smile

· Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

· Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility

· Assist with patient registration and check-in/check-out

· Collect payments and explain financial responsibilities

· Maintain an organized and efficient front desk

· Work closely with our team to provide an exceptional patient experience
