Skyview Dental is a boutique family and cosmetic dental practice in Las Colinas, and we're looking for a polished, warm, highly accountable Director of First Impressions & Patient Experience Coordinator to become a key part of our team.

This isn't a traditional front desk position.

You will own the patient experience from the moment someone calls us to the moment they leave—and everything in between.

You'll help create an environment where patients feel welcomed, understood, confident in their care, and excited to return.

And because the schedule is the heartbeat of the practice, you'll also play a critical role in keeping the practice productive, organized, and growing.

What You'll Own✨ Patient Experience & Hospitality

You are the face and voice of Skyview Dental.

• Create a warm, polished, personalized experience for every patient
• Welcome patients with genuine hospitality and professionalism
• Build meaningful patient relationships—not just transactions
• Deliver an exceptional experience from the first phone call through checkout
• Communicate with patients confidently through phone, text, and email
• Anticipate patient needs and find ways to exceed expectations
• Turn nervous, hesitant, or frustrated patients into patients who feel heard and cared for
• Protect the Skyview Dental experience at every touchpoint

Schedule Ownership & Practice Flow

A beautiful schedule doesn't happen by accident.

You'll take ownership of creating a productive, efficient schedule that supports both patient care and practice growth.

• Optimize doctor and hygiene schedules
• Proactively fill openings and reduce unnecessary downtime
• Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations and no-shows
• Identify opportunities to improve schedule efficiency
• Monitor unscheduled patients and follow up appropriately
• Help coordinate a smooth, predictable daily flow
• Understand the difference between being busy and being productive

Treatment Coordination & Patient Confidence

You don't have to be a salesperson—but you do need to believe in the value of excellent dentistry.

With training and coaching, you'll:

• Help patients understand their recommended care
• Communicate the value and benefits of treatment
• Support patients as they make decisions about their oral health
• Follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled treatment
• Track outstanding treatment opportunities
• Use Excel and practice systems to stay organized and accountable
• Partner with the clinical team to improve communication and case acceptance

Insurance & Financial Communication

Patients deserve clarity, not confusion.

You'll help patients navigate the financial side of their care with confidence and empathy.

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Communicate benefit information clearly
• Explain financial expectations before treatment
• Present payment and financial options appropriately
• Help patients understand their investment in care
• Create a financial conversation that feels informative—not uncomfortable

Required Experience

• 2+ years of dental experience
• 2+ years of Dentrix experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Your Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 7:50 AM–5:00 PM
Every Other Friday: Administrative work or patient care
Lunch: 1 hour daily

Location: In person | Las Colinas, TX
