Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator

Must have sale experiences and great personality!!! We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join in our Affordable Dentist Near Me office. As the first point of contact for our office, the YOU plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.

Must have at least 1 year of dental experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
• Coordinate patient flow and manage the scheduling system to optimize efficiency
• Help patients financing options
• Present treatments plans
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Oversee front desk operations

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
