Dental Treatment Coordinator

We're looking for a positive, organized, and professional team member with strong dental front office experience who enjoys helping patients and keeping schedules running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Present treatment plans and explain patient financial responsibilitiesSchedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and patient messages
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing questions
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help maintain productive provider schedules
• Process payments and provide exceptional patient service

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience
• Minimum 2 years of recent Dentrix experience preferred, but other software experience is fine.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, treatment planning, and insurance verification
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Full-time (32–36 hours per week)
• Monday–Thursday schedule
• One Saturday per month required
