You’ll:

• Contribute to front-office operations (scheduling, billing, patient communication via phone, text, and email)
• Facilitate insurance estimates to help patients understand dental benefits
• Foster patient relationships to gain trust, understand how to support patients, and provide a welcoming environment
• Support a patient knowledge that desires oral health, not dependent on what insurance does or doesn't cover
• Have an understanding of PPO vs non participating providers (we do have both)
• Contribute to reducing aging balances

You are:

• A team player with strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in dental terminology and software (you will receive training)
• Solutions-oriented, long-term mindset, and good at multitasking
• Enthusiastic about working in a values-driven, growth-focused environment

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
