The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Dental Treatmen Coordinator who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping patients. In this role, you’ll guide patients through their treatment journey and support daily office functions. You’ll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while contributing to the efficiency and success of the practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental front-office position (Required)
• Dentrix knowledge (Required)
• Dental insurance knowledge (Required)
• English proficiency (Required)
• Driven, self-motivated, and proactive in learning and growth
• Delivers exceptional customer service, clear communication, and confident presentation skills

Your Key Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans to patients
• Submit insurance claims and process EOBs accurately and efficiently
• Track and report key office metrics
• Maintain and analyze aging reports
• Develop and maintain strong patient relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
