Dental Office Manager

Dental Office Manager | Private Practice

We’re looking for someone with dental experience who can lead our private practice team. Team culture matters here, and providing an excellent patient experience is our top priority. This role includes full ownership of accounts receivable. We’re looking for someone who can lead the team while taking responsibility for patient and insurance A/R from start to resolution.

What you’ll do

● Lead and support the front office team, setting clear expectations and following through

● Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and patient communication

● Own all patient and insurance A/R, including aging reports, outstanding claims, denials, patient balances, statements, and collections follow-up

● Research and resolve account issues, document follow-up, and keep balances moving toward resolution

● Review A/R and practice performance with the doctor regularly

● Help create a welcoming, organized experience for patients and a positive environment for the team

What we’re looking for

● Dental office experience is required

● Strong, hands-on experience managing all aspects of dental A/R is required

● Experience leading a dental front office team

● Knowledge of insurance billing, claims follow-up, patient billing, and collections

● Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

● A team-focused leader who cares deeply about the patient experience

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
