Experienced Dental Office Manager - Established Multi-Doctor FFS Practice in Allen, TX

Allen Dental Center, a well-established, doctor-owned-feel practice serving Allen, TX since 1967, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the business side of a busy, multi-doctor, multi-hygienist office. With four dentists and a loyal, multi-generational patient base, this is a high-volume, full-scope practice and a key leadership role we're looking to fill quickly.

About the role: As Office Manager, you'll own the day-to-day operations of a thriving North Dallas practice, driving performance through KPIs, P&L management, and budgeting, while leading a strong front-office team and protecting the patient experience this office has been known for across five decades.

What you'll do: Manage daily operations, scheduling, and team performance; track and act on practice KPIs; oversee P&L, budgets, and production goals; support hiring, training, and staff development; partner with the doctors and regional leadership on growth targets; and ensure a smooth, welcoming patient experience.

Compensation: $60,000–$68,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonus potential based on office production.
