• 90 min NP appts / 60 min recall appts
• Single-column hygiene with organized block schedules

Scheduling Philosophy

We do not cut hours, send hygienists home early, or change schedules week-to-week.

• Fixed schedules by design — not reactive scheduling
• Paid for your scheduled hours, even during growth ramp-up
• No daily “utilization games” or last-minute changes
• Growth handled by adding access and people — not pressure

Compensation & Details

• $65-$72/hour depending on experience
• PTO + paid holidays
• Full-time or part-time options
• Full-time: 4 to 5 days/week
• Part-time: 2 to 3 days/week
• Limited hygiene seats available

We are currently looking to start expanding our team starting in October 2026. This individual will start out working 2 days per week and then ramp into a full-time schedule in early 2027 which would entaill 4 days per week.
