Incredible Smiles is a single-doctor, privately owned, fee-for-service practice in Boulder with a unique focus on cosmetic, restorative, and neuromuscular dentistry.

We’re looking for a warm, clinically excellent RDH to join our team. We’re hiring because our current hygienist is moving out of state — not because of turnover.

The position

• $60–$75/hour + bonuses, based on experience and skill set
• Monday–Thursday schedule; no Friday or weekend hours
• Low-volume, unrushed hygiene
• No accelerated hygiene, double booking, or production requirements
• Time to provide thorough care and build genuine patient relationships
• Supportive, close-knit team
• Beautiful, private, spa-like environment
• Advanced technology and a focus on comprehensive patient care
• Exposure to cosmetic dentistry, TMJ/neuromuscular dentistry, airway, and restorative care
