Dental Hygienist

Dr. Robert DiPilla’s dental practice is looking for a dependable, personable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team as a Floater Hygienist.

This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys working in different office environments, meeting new patients, and being part of a collaborative dental team. The position will involve traveling between our offices in Birmingham, St. Clair Shores, and Detroit, Michigan, based on the needs of the practice.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care and preventive services
• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, X-rays, and other services within the scope of practice
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Work closely with Dr. DiPilla, dentists, dental assistants, and office staff
• Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient
• Adapt comfortably to different office locations, schedules, and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Current Michigan Dental Hygienist license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and organized
• Comfortable traveling between Birmingham, St. Clair Shores, and Detroit
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient care
• Previous dental hygiene experience preferred
