Dental Hygienist (Private Practice)

$40–$42/hour + benefits | 4-day workweek | No weekends

Your schedule & workflow (what makes this job stand out)

• 1-hour recall appointments
• 1.5 hours for new patients and SRP
• 40–50 minutes for pediatric patients
• Single-column, solo hygiene (no double booking)
• No overbooking—additional patients only added if there’s a cancellation
• Strong waitlist to keep your schedule full without feeling rushed

What you’ll do

• Preventive care, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
• Digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Patient education and treatment discussions
• Work closely with an experienced dentist and supportive team

• Active Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Nitrous oxide & local anesthesia certification
