Job Summary

Are you a dental hygienist who enjoys getting to know your patients, building long-term relationships, and being part of a supportive team?

We are looking for a warm, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our established private practice in Eaton Rapids, Michigan.

A unique opportunity

This position is available because our longtime hygienist is retiring after an incredible 45 years with our practice. She worked alongside the previous dentist for 25 years and has been part of our team for the past 20 years since I purchased the practice in 2006.

We're looking for someone who will value the same long-term relationships with patients and teammates that she has helped build over the years.

Full-time position beginning January 4, 2027

• Monday–Thursday
• 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• 1-hour lunch, 12:30–1:30 PM
• 32 hours per week
• No Fridays
• $42–$45/hour, depending on experience
• New graduates are welcome to apply; at least one year of clinical experience is preferred

Private, Fee-for-Service Practice

We are a private, fee-for-service dental practice. Our practice model allows us to focus on comprehensive patient care, clinical quality, and building long-term relationships rather than being driven by insurance limitations or high-volume production goals.

We believe this creates an environment where hygienists can spend the time needed to provide thorough, thoughtful care and develop genuine relationships with their patients.

Modern technology

We believe technology should help us provide better patient care, and we continually invest in our practice.
