Dental Front Office/Patient Coordinator

Dental Front office/patient coordinator. Looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual with experience in scheduling and communicating with patients. Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus. If you are personable and self-motivated, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements for this position:

• Projects a healthy, positive, compassionate, can-do attitude.
• Detail oriented, fast learner, and a self-starter/self-finisher.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Tech savvy. Computer skills is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Basic Day to Day Duties:

• Greeting/checking in patients
• Answering multi-line phones
• Sending and responding to emails on the practice’s behalf
• Confirming patients appointments
• Checking patients out and going over treatment plans
• Collecting and inputting dental insurance
• Verifying insurance eligibility and out of pocket costs for patients
• Collecting payments from patients
