Dental Front office/ Office manager/ Tx plan coordinator/ Patient care coordinator

Qualifications:

Front office Personnel should demonstrate a warm and approachable disposition to each patient on the phone and in person, providing the best possible “first impression” of the dental office. Our dental practice will most certainly provide a rewarding and exciting career. Being able to multitask is essential and knowledge of dental software EAGLESOFT is A MUST and how to use AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the office and warmly connect with them during any time spent in the reception area.
• Provide a good “First Impression” for patients through professional, friendly, and hospitable interaction
• Interact with individuals in the reception area during their wait time
• Schedule appointments in accordance with dental office parameters
• Answer telephones in a thorough and timely manner and document in patient chart.
• Perform tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and within specified periods
• Create and present accurate treatment plans in accordance to patient’s insurance eligibility and breakdown.
• Collect payment as established on signed consent for treatment.
• Keep the providers' schedule full and productive
