Modern Dental Smiles is an established, privately owned practice led by a single owner with three locations across Florida. Our collaborative team includes multiple dental associates, experienced hygienists, and dedicated clinical support staff working together across all aspects of patient care.

Our practice offers comprehensive care across general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and orthodontics. Candidates with practical knowledge in dental insurance verification and following up on claim statuses are strongly welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Hospitality & Front Desk: Serve as the welcoming face and voice of our practice—greeting patients, managing phone inquiries, and taking detailed messages.
• Schedule Coordination: Construct, fill, and maintain efficient daily appointment schedules for our doctors and hygienists.
• Insurance & Administrative Support: Assist with dental insurance verifications, confirming eligibility prior to appointments, and following up on claim statuses as needed.
• Patient Care Follow-Up: Perform recare outreach for hygiene appointments and follow up on uncompleted treatment plans to keep calendars full.
• Practice Management Systems: Utilize Dentrix (and Dental Intelligence) to manage patient records and scheduling details.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of front office receptionist experience in a dental setting.
• Familiarity with dental insurance verification and checking claim statuses.
• Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental management software.
• A naturally positive, team-oriented individual committed to upholding our practice culture and bringing our owner’s vision to life.
