Dental Assistant

Tempe Dental Care is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our established, privately owned dental practice in Tempe, Arizona. We have been serving patients in the Valley for more than 25 years and are looking for a friendly, articulate professional who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative dental team.

Our practice is a busy two-doctor office focused on high-quality patient treatment. This position is ideal for an experienced Dental Assistant who is comfortable working chairside, communicates well with patients and team members, and is looking for a stable opportunity with an established practice.

$23–$27 per hour | Full-Time | 32 Hours per Week

What You’ll Do

• Provide chairside assistance to the doctors during patient treatment
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with maintaining an organized clinical environment
• Support efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Provide professional and compassionate patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their visit and treatment
• Follow established clinical and office procedures
• Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and front-office team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of chairside dental assisting experience
• Current X-ray certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable approach
• Ability to work effectively in a busy dental practice
• Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus

Schedule

Full-time, approximately 32 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience
