Dental Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Dental Assistant to join one of the top cosmetic and rehabilitative dental practices in the East/South Valley.

We’re looking for someone who is positive, highly organized, efficient, punctual, and truly team-oriented. This is an important role in our practice, and the ideal candidate will be confident working with both patients and the clinical team in a fast-paced, high-quality cosmetic environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience
• Strong Dentrix knowledge is essential
• Highly skilled in fabricating temporary teeth/provisionals
• Experience with veneers, clear aligners, and comprehensive treatment
• Comfortable discussing treatment with patients
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Gentle, confident clinical touch
• Efficient, organized, and able to keep the schedule running smoothly
• Positive attitude and strong team mentality
• Leadership skills and the ability to help support and guide the dental team
