Dental Assistant

Duties:

- Prepare treatment rooms for patients by ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and recording medical history
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist/hygienist during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills and customer service to effectively interact with patients and dental team members
- Strong attention to detail

Please note that additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the dental practice.
