Dental Assistant (RDA/DA)

Overview

We are a fast-growing multi-specialty dental practice and have an immediate need for an RDA/DA to join our dynamic team. Candidates should be friendly, professional, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic, and hard-working. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional chairside assistance, manage dental procedures, and ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to treatment completion.

RDA/DA position could be Full-time or Part-Time. Compensation will depend on your level of experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the dental office
• Prepare customers for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed and needed
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

Requirements

• Proven Experience as an RDA/DA
• Current RDA license is preferred
• Prior knowledge of dental terminology
• Current X-ray & CPR certification
• Coronal polishing certificate
• Ability to make temporary crowns
• Dentrix software experience is helpful, but not required

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
