Our growing pediatric dental office in Lenoir City is looking for a caring, energetic Dental Assistant to join our team! We specialize in creating fun, comfortable, and positive dental experiences for kids, teenagers, and parents alike. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during exams, cleanings, and restorative procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms, trays, and instruments following safety standards.
• Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) and assist with accurate patient charting.
• Guide young patients through their appointments with warmth, patience, and gentle encouragement.
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene habits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of dental assisting experience.
• Bonus Skill: Direct chairside assisting experience is a strong plus.
• Certifications: Active Tennessee Dental Assistant License and Dental Radiography Certification. (Nitrous Oxide Monitoring or Coronal Polishing certifications are a plus).
• Attributes: Strong communication skills, a team-first mindset, and a passion for working with children.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm
