Associate General Dentist

Deluxe Dental USA is now seeking general dentists for openings in our Mount Morris office location . Possible $10,000 sign on bonus with at least 3 years of experience. Focusing on "bread and butter dentistry building speed, confidence, and foundational expertise.

• Restorative Dentistry (Fillings): Simple to moderate Class I, II, III, and V composite and amalgam fillings are the primary focus.
• Preventive Services: Exams, prophylaxis (cleanings), and sealant placement.
• Routine Extractions: Simple, non-surgical extractions of unrestorable or deciduous teeth.
• Basic Endodontics: Single-canal or simple anterior root canal therapy (often with supervision).
• Fixed Prosthodontics: Single-unit crowns (e.g., PFM or zirconia).
• Removable Prosthodontics: Simple dentures and partial dentures.
• Emergency Dentistry: Diagnosing and treating acute pain, such as limited exams (limited focus on a specific area), palliative care, and prescribing

Responsibilities:

Perform all general dentistry services, including the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums and related oral structures. Examine patients to determine the nature of the condition affecting the patient, utilizing x-rays, dental instruments and other diagnostic procedures. Clean, fill, extract and replace teeth, using rotary and hand instruments, dental appliances, medications and surgical implements. Provide preventive dental services and education in oral and dental hygiene. Supervise office staff, including hygienists, dental assistants, receptionists and other office staff. Coordinate laboratory services for the dental office. Adheres to safety protocols and processes including but not limited to ensuring protective equipment is utilized and OSHA/Bloodborne pathogen requirements are followed. Participate in morning meetings, chart reviews and routine office meetings. All other duties and responsibilities allowed under applicable state laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Pass national and state licensing examinations (Required) One year of practical experience (Required)
